Event Entry

REGISTRATION

Entry is available via pre-registration and registration on the day.

There will be on-the-day entry, however entry closes 30 minutes prior to the race start and an additional $20 administration fee will apply per entry. There will also be no guarantee of an event T-shirt. The race start won’t be delayed if on-the-day registrations have not been processed, so make it easy for yourself and on the race administration by registering online

No MTBA licence or day licence will be required for the event weekend.

Non-MTBA members may be eligible for a free two-month MTBA membership to cover you in the lead-up to our event, through the Join MTBA program.

Online entrants who hold current MTBA membership but not RATS Cycling Club membership, will receive free RATS Club-Only membership until the next Chicks in the Sticks.

EVENT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Entrants should advise withdrawal from the event and request a refund by email.

Withdrawal requests received before 1 October 2018: Full refund less $15 administration fee.

Withdrawal requests received before 15 August 2018: 50% refund.

Entrant did not start: No refund.

Category changes or Entrant substitutions may be made prior to by email or on the day of the event, but a $15 administration fee may be charged.

If the Club cancels the event: Full refund.

If the Club moves the date of an event and entrant requests a refund by email to cits@ratscc.com.au: Full refund.

Any cancellation or postponement of an event will be published on www.ratscc.com.au.
