Minutes of RATS Cycling Club Inc Annual General Meeting held at Underwood Park on 30 January 2021 at 2pm before the first round of the Summer Sprints.
Elected to the Management Committee were:
President: Lonnie Toia
Vice President: Martin Beeson
Secretary: Barbara Neal
Treasurer: Dave Aldred
Darren Flood retired as President.
Tony Hancock was appointed a Life Member for his contributions to the sport including being a past President of the Club, instigating regular, local affordable racing in the Summer Sprints, regional connections between multiple parks (Underwood Park to Bayview) and The Bayview Blast – which has now grown to be a regular Marquee event on the Australian marathon calendar.

Formal nominations have been received for President, Secretary and Treasurer, but no nominations for Vice President. Nominations can be made from the floor of the AGM for this position.
